Your Responsibilities

You will be part of a maintenance team working towards the common goal of keeping the machinery and production running. Your tasks involving troubleshooting and mechanical interventions are stimulating and varied. You will plan and carry out preventive and emergency maintenance and participate in improvement projects, such as factory renovations and machine updates. You will primarily work with CNC machines, but also with other production equipment such as advanced measuring machines. This is a service profession where you will solve problems together with the team, which practically means close collaboration with maintenance electricians and production staff. The role gives you the opportunity to influence, develop, and take responsibility.

Your Profile

For this position, we are looking for someone who has completed the Operations and Maintenance program in high school or has equivalent qualifications along with several years of experience in mechanical maintenance work. Personality is important, and we are looking for a service-minded, unpretentious, and flexible team player who feels comfortable interacting with other employees and enjoys collaboration. It is advantageous to have forklift and/or overhead crane licenses, as well as electrical and electronic knowledge in addition to mechanical maintenance.

As a person, we seek someone who is meticulous, analytical, and safety-conscious. You enjoy having a varied workday, mixing emergency and preventive maintenance tasks.
