As a project and construction manager and BPU, you are a central part of the projects. You will contribute as an expert in the early stages of new projects and with construction management in ongoing projects. You will lead and coordinate production-related issues within the contract and create conditions for efficient and safe construction regarding time, cost, and content.

Here, you will have a key position in a varied and coordinating role with the opportunity to adapt the focus based on your profile and interests.

With us, you have a great opportunity to influence and develop our operations and, depending on your background and experience, work in various railway and construction projects in the role of construction manager, BPU, or project manager.

About you

We are looking for someone with a post-secondary education of at least 2 years in construction and civil engineering or railway, as well as at least 5 years of experience working as a construction manager, BPU, project manager, site manager/production manager, supervisor, or contract engineer. It is an advantage if you have experience in project management within water and wastewater or concrete certification class 1. Furthermore, you have excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good knowledge of English. Since travel for work with a car will occur, a B driver's license is required.

Since you will be driving the projects from start to finish, we are looking for someone who is proactive, solution-oriented, and has a business-like approach. We believe you have a strong interest in technology, feel a great responsibility for your work, and take the initiative. The work involves many contact points both internally and externally at various levels, which requires your communication skills. You value good relationships, have an unpretentious attitude, and are skilled at creating collaborations where the focus is on the common goal.

Location and other information

We offer a permanent position starting by agreement. You will be based at our office in Gothenburg or Karlstad, but we also offer the flexibility to work remotely a few days a week. Travel for work may occur.
