Job responsibilities

As a project manager, you will have a central and self-driven role in leading and coordinating construction projects with high sustainability ambitions. Your responsibilities include project management, project planning, and coordination of environmental certifications, ensuring that projects meet requirements and standards within various certification systems. You will drive multiple parallel projects with varying durations. You will assess documents and provide insights to optimize project outcomes. You will collaborate closely with colleagues, clients, and external specialists in the projects.

• Lead and coordinate environmental certification projects of varying complexity with financial responsibility
• Business development, drive innovation, and influence projects through optimized sustainability solutions
• Work closely with colleagues, clients, and specialists to ensure high quality and long-term capacity in the organization

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Post-secondary academic engineering education in e.g. construction technology
• Experience and knowledge in environmental certification of properties
• Trained coordinator within one of the certification systems Miljöbyggnad, NollCO2, BREEAM In-Use, Svanen, or similar is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
