We are expanding our business and looking for a driven Project Manager!

The assignment involves close collaboration both internally and with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork.

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate both large and small construction projects, maintenance work, and mission-critical tasks related to logistics properties and food facilities, working closely with the client's ordering party.

Main Responsibilities:

• Participate in kick-off meetings/meetings called by the client
• Coordinate suppliers, consultants, and subcontractors
• Contact with our client and many internal contacts
• Negotiate with subcontractors
• Responsible for contracts and bids
• Financial responsibility and follow-up
• Conduct cost estimates and prepare request for proposals
• Act as BAS-P and/or BAS-U in various projects

You will be part of our team for all FM services for the client and report to the site manager based in Helsingborg.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has:

• 3–5 years of experience in project management
• Experience in business development and change management
• Familiarity with client dialogues and steering group presentations
• BAS-P/BAS-U
• Good understanding of project economics and processes
• Very good Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Driving license B
• Project management training or equivalent is a plus

• Start date: By agreement
• Probationary period: 6 months
