Project Manager for Ki-Panel in Helsingborg

On behalf of Ki-Panel, ArbetsCentralen is currently seeking a Project Manager for Ki-Panel's regional office in Helsingborg. As a Project Manager, you will take over once the project has been approved by the client. You will be offered a varied work environment ranging from office work to fieldwork. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for one or more different projects simultaneously of varying sizes.

The company now needs to strengthen its organization with a construction engineer who has a focus, knowledge, or understanding of construction and steel construction. You will have a leading role in the design phase where you will be responsible for your own projects and structural solutions. You will be responsible for developing optimal solutions for everything from simple extensions to larger constructions. As a project manager, you should be able to work and understand the work process from sketch and design to execution.

More specifically, the position entails:

Establishing timelines and conditions with the client
Communicating and coordinating design/production with involved parties in the project
Managing orders for materials, machinery, and assembly coordination, etc.
Reviewing production documents and providing feedback to designers
Participating in project meetings, construction meetings, and coordination meetings
Managing project finances

The position as Project Manager in Helsingborg is a direct recruitment to Ki-Panel with a start date according to agreement.

About You

In this recruitment, we place great emphasis on your personal qualities. We are looking for someone who is curious, proactive, and has inner confidence, willing to learn, take initiative, and is not afraid to pick up the phone with new contacts. In your work, you are business-minded, self-driven, and used to working in a structured manner. You possess a clear business sense and are motivated by meeting customers, developing business, and achieving good results. You have good knowledge of both Swedish and English in speech and writing.

We consider it an advantage if you have knowledge of Revit and 3D coordination, are socially outgoing, and have a background as a designer in steel construction. If you also have a positive attitude, you will fit into the company's team of employees. It is a plus if you have knowledge or have previously worked in hall construction, steel construction, sandwich elements, prefab elements, window installation, doors, etc. You likely have a post-secondary education as a construction engineer, construction designer, or similar equivalent.
