About the Position

Existing customers are the focus of the department. Your main goal is to ensure that the customer feels safe and secure in their home. Within the department, we handle customers who are moving to new residences (Moving Department), want to upgrade their older systems to the new Verisure concept (Change of Concept), and Customer Care.

We work with incoming and outgoing calls to/from existing customers.

Working hours are Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

We are looking for someone who is driven and enjoys working towards set goals, who wants to go the extra mile for our customers, and who feels that a variable salary is motivating.

You have completed high school, have good computer skills, and enjoy talking to customers on the phone. To succeed in this role, you need to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be solution-oriented. It is important that you are a good listener and communicate in a clear and inspiring way to capture and maintain the customer's interest.
