The working hours include day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

To provide care and service centered around the user's needs according to the assistance decision and implementation plan, with respect for the user's integrity, participation, and self-determination. The responsibilities also include IT-based documentation and administration as well as delegated health and medical tasks.

Qualifications

Care and nursing program or other education that provides care assistant competence and good computer skills. The position requires good collaboration skills, flexibility, and independence. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. Delegation of medication.

Conditions

As of July 1, 2023, care assistant is a protected professional title, and one must apply for a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare to use the title care assistant.

Probationary employment may be relevant.

You must have approved grades in Swedish.

Interviews will take place during the application period.
