Rödsgubben AB is a family-owned company that sells locally grown strawberries. The company was started by Hans-Erik Lundin and is now run by his son Jakob.

The Position

We are looking for wonderful café assistants for the summer of 2025 for our strawberry café at Lyckans Gård.

You should be social, friendly, service-oriented, and able to handle stress, which is important as you will meet many customers every day.

Furthermore, the job involves responsibility for strawberry sales, serving various coffees, ice cream, waffles, milkshakes, sandwiches, and light baking. You should also be able to work independently, keep the café and its surroundings clean and tidy, and maintain good quality control. Take care of the strawberries, handle payments by card and Swish, as we are a cashless workplace.

Work clothes consist of a short-sleeved polo shirt with a logo and an apron that will be provided to you and returned at the end of the season. Long hair must be tied up during each shift for hygiene reasons.

The position is approximately 60-80%. The work includes weekdays and weekends according to a set schedule.

Who are you?

Children under 16 years of age are not allowed to work alone or be responsible for the cash register according to the Work Environment Act. According to regulations in Chapter 5, Section 2.

• Technically inclined is an advantage as all sales are conducted digitally with iPad and i-Zettle
• Smoke and tobacco-free
• The mobile phone is for us to reach you. Otherwise, the focus should be on customer interaction and sales and should not be used during the shift.
