Description

We are looking for you to join our wonderful team at Home Care Rydaholm-Bor! The position is based in Rydaholm, and the work is scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends, with weekends occurring every other week.

Responsibilities

To provide care and service centered on the user's needs according to assistance decisions and implementation plans, with respect for the user's integrity, participation, and self-determination.

Experience in care and support work is an advantage as it requires you to be self-sufficient in the sense of being comfortable working independently in the individual's home.

The responsibilities also include IT-based documentation and administration as well as delegated health and medical tasks.

Qualifications

Care and support program or other education that provides nursing assistant competence and good computer skills. The position requires good collaboration skills, flexibility, and independence. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability, and experience is an advantage.

Experience in care and support work is an advantage.

Conditions

As of July 1, 2023, nursing assistant is a protected professional title, and to be eligible as a nursing assistant, a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare must be submitted.

Approved grades in Swedish.

A B driver's license for manual transmission is a requirement, as well as the ability to cycle.

In Värnamo Municipality, all permanent positions are advertised as full-time. If you prefer part-time and the operation can accommodate a lower employment rate, this is of course an option.
