Technical Project Manager for Penlink

We are now looking for a Technical Project Manager for our client Penlink.

Penlink is a smaller company that is part of the AddTech group. This means they can still be agile like a small company but have the stability thanks to the large owner. The company specializes in products for rotary transmission, as well as related components, and is currently in an expansion phase.

Your Responsibilities

As a Technical Project Manager at Penlink, you will have the opportunity to combine your technical expertise with project management. You will work with a wide variety of industries and clients, helping them realize their projects. You will be a key person in all phases from sales to delivery completion.

Since Penlink is a smaller company, decision-making processes are quick, and you will have great opportunities to influence and develop. This job is suitable for you who value high engineering competence and see opportunities to make a difference in an innovative and flexible company.

What You Will Do:

• Lead technical projects
• Collaborate with both internal and external parties - such as customers, sales teams, and suppliers.
• Act as a support to salespeople and be an important link between sales, technical solutions, and delivery.
• Work on developing new technical solutions and ensure that projects maintain high quality and are delivered on time.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a technical background who wants to develop both technically and commercially. At Penlink, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our suppliers and customers. We believe you have experience in the following areas:

• Technical university degree.
• Experience in design, preferably within mechatronics.
• Previous experience in a similar or related role.
• Experience in leading projects or sub-projects, as well as a good understanding of project phases.
• Experience with CAD and technical drawings.
• Used to working cross-functionally and communicating with multiple stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
