We are looking for a nurse/midwife for the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Karlskoga Hospital.

At Karlskoga Hospital, we have outpatient services, a clinic, and ward Q. In the Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic, we have scheduled gynecological appointments and specialist maternal care with ultrasound services. In Ward Q, we have a post-operative care clinic and a gynecological treatment unit where we perform gynecological procedures under local anesthesia. In total, we are about 20 employees with various competencies including midwives, nursing assistants, doctors, urotherapists, and medical administrative staff.

The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology operates at Örebro University Hospital, Lindesberg, and Karlskoga Hospital. We actively work to develop research in women's health care.

Karlskoga Hospital has a department open during the day for post-operative visits and gynecological treatments, as well as a gynecological clinic with specialist maternal care. Karlskoga Hospital is one of Region Örebro County's three acute hospitals. We who work at Karlskoga Hospital are proud of our hospital. Job Responsibilities

The daily work is carried out in close collaboration between the units and professions. The work is varied, challenging, and fun! We are looking for a nurse/midwife who will split their position between the two units.

Qualifications

Licensed nurse or midwife. We place great importance on personal suitability and prefer that you are flexible, service-oriented, and have good collaboration skills.
