We are now looking for a technical manager for our new office in Norrköping. The role involves managing properties in Norrköping, Linköping, and Mälardalen, making travel a natural part of everyday life. With us, you will be part of an unpretentious and family-like organization where short decision-making paths and high engagement characterize the work.

• Develop and create value in the property portfolio and for our tenants
• Monitor operations and energy consumption in our technical systems
• Follow up and monitor authority inspections, legal requirements, etc.
• Initiate and lead energy investments in the properties together with colleagues
• Participate in maintenance planning of our properties
• Participate in certifications together with the Sustainability Manager
• Together with the Commercial Manager and Property Manager, take overall responsibility for the properties

We are looking for someone who is technically knowledgeable, curious, and solution-oriented. You thrive in a customer-facing role, where you build long-term relationships and contribute with engagement and valuable expertise.

• 3–5 years of experience as a technical manager or similar role
• Experience in customer contact and project management
• Expertise in maintenance planning, energy optimization, and operational follow-up
• Knowledge of authority inspections and legal requirements
• Good technical skills
• Good computer skills
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Driving license B
