Your Role

We are looking for someone with project management experience who enjoys helping others and has a strong interest in methodology/approaches. In this role, you will be responsible for methodology related to project execution, such as standardized mandatory milestones, which will become a requirement for the projects. You will also support project managers in the effective execution of projects, for example, using Kanban and tools that support that approach. You are also expected to compile monthly reports related to project reporting.

You will belong to the Dynamics Production Project Management Office (PMO) and report directly to the PMO manager. The PMO is responsible for portfolio management, budgeting, industrialization management, project management, project support, and risk management. Our project managers primarily work with industrialization projects (Industrialisation Lead) or growth within production.

We are looking for someone with good experience as a project manager, preferably with an advantage in product development.

Requirements for the role:

• Relevant higher education or equivalent work experience
• At least 3 years of project management experience in the manufacturing industry
• Good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Driver's license

Meritorious:

• Certified project manager
• Experience with metrics and follow-up
• Knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Antura, MS Project

Location is Linköping or Karlskoga, travel is required in the position.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may involve requirements for certain citizenship.
