Business Description

The home care service provides individually assessed services in the form of assistance and personal care in ordinary housing. The services aim to strengthen the individual's ability to manage independently and enable them to remain at home.

Job Responsibilities

As a nursing assistant and contact person, you will provide services in the form of assistance and personal care in the individual's home based on the quality goals set by the organization, where planning, follow-up, and evaluation are important components.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with education, experience, or interest in working in care and support, who has a positive outlook on life, is flexible, and attentive to detail. You should be able to express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish. A driver's license is required.

Within the framework of the national minority language law, Gällivare municipality is the administrative municipality for Sami, Meänkieli, and Finnish. Knowledge of any of these languages is an advantage when applying for employment in Gällivare municipality.

Additional Information

Current placement is in Home Care East/Hakkas, mobility within arena seven: Hakkas, Dokkas, and Ullatti is a requirement.

Working Hours/Duration

Permanent full-time employment. Work shifts include days, evenings, and weekends.

Salary

Monthly salary. Salary according to agreement. Salary language will be specified.

Start Date

By agreement. A probationary period may apply.
