We are looking for
We are looking for someone with a high school diploma as a nursing assistant and proficiency in Swedish at level C1. You should have experience in sampling, both capillary and venous. It is advantageous if you have experience as a nursing assistant and knowledge of other languages. Experience with the medical record systems Cosmic and/or VAS is also a plus, as is experience from primary care, laboratories, or other health care settings. Computer skills are desirable to facilitate work.

You enjoy taking responsibility but also understand the importance of working together with colleagues to achieve common goals and provide the best possible service to our patients.
What you will work with
As a nursing assistant at Arjeplog Health Center, you will have a varied and exciting job that is both developing and educational. In your role, you will meet patients at the reception and work together with your colleagues to plan and execute tasks that vary. Your tasks may include everything from cashier work and lab sampling to conducting your own booked patient visits or assisting others in the team.
Primary care involves meeting people at all stages of life, and here you will have the opportunity to follow and support individuals through their health issues over time, always considering their entire life situation.
Arjeplog Health Center is a rural health center with a large geographical catchment area, extending to neighboring municipalities in Norrbotten and Västerbotten, as well as across the border to Norway. We have about 2600 registered patients but also welcome many tourists and car testers during the winter season, making our work both diverse and dynamic.
Here, a team of about 20 employees from various professional categories works, and we also have ambulance personnel integrated into the health center. The unique combination of being a rural health center with emergency services means that we constantly face new challenges, which requires staff competence and flexibility. Information about the position
We offer a temporary employment of 50% with a start date according to agreement until 2026-08-31 with the possibility of extension. Working hours are scheduled during the day, Monday to Friday.
Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
