At Dorotea Health Center, we provide healthcare with a medical clinic, paramedical services, and district nurse reception. The health center has a care department consisting of 4 acute care beds and 4 municipal short-term beds. The health center operates around the clock thanks to our acute care department, but we also accept emergency cases at all hours.

We are now looking for a new colleague - welcome to work as a night nurse with us in our acute care department. As a night-working nurse with us, there are several benefits; in addition to working with our fantastic colleagues, you will also be offered a reduction in working hours down to 34.33 hours a week, a salary supplement of 3000 SEK per month, and an additional financial compensation for night work.

In our workplace, we help each other, within and between all professional groups. We work to meet personal competence development needs, which can occur through an education grant. Dorotea Health Center offers all employees the right to wellness time or to utilize a wellness grant.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a night nurse, you will take care of patients in the acute care department together with the nursing assistant and handle emergency cases or phone calls that come in during your shift.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed nurse who wants to work nights. Experience in emergency care is an advantage but not a requirement.

The most important thing is that you are a person who enjoys varied tasks, has an interest in learning new things, possesses good collaboration skills, and thrives in teamwork. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
