JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Within the nurse pool, you will have the opportunity to work in home care or special housing during daytime, and during on-call hours (evenings/weekends), you will be active throughout the municipality. This provides you with varied work tasks and flexible working conditions. During on-call hours, four nurses are responsible for all patients across the municipality.

In the pool, you will have a varied schedule with daytime, evenings, and weekends, where no day will be like the other.

As a nurse within the municipality, you work closely with both nursing staff, other licensed personnel, and various actors from the region. You have great opportunity for a flexible workday as you can plan and manage the tasks to be performed. You see the whole picture in patients' medical care and make priorities based on current needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

You must have a nursing license and preferably have previous experience in municipal health and medical care. A valid driver's license (B) is required.

It is important that you can work independently, feel secure in your professional role, and can prioritize. To meet documentation requirements, you must also have very good written and oral skills in the Swedish language. An important task is to guide staff in nursing and medical issues, which you should be able to do in a coaching and positive manner.

To fit this position, you should be able to:

• quickly change behavior to adapt to new circumstances.
