The Department of Imaging and Functional Medicine in Mora is part of a regional clinic with radiology departments in Avesta, Ludvika, and Falun, as well as mammography services in Falun, Borlänge, and Mora. We employ approximately 240 people from various professional categories, and together we perform around 200,000 examinations and treatments annually. The radiology department in Mora is one of the county's two acute hospitals, employing about 60 staff members, including radiology nurses, nursing assistants, doctors, and administrative personnel. There is a strong sense of community in the department. Everyone supports and helps each other. You will rotate between the department's various modalities, which include 2 CT scanners, 3 skeletal labs, 1 fluoroscopy lab, 2 ultrasound machines, and 1 MRI scanner.

Radiology Nurse for Radiology Mora

Job Responsibilities

In our team, you will work with various types of radiological examinations, and together we create conditions for good care. As a radiology nurse with us, you will be offered many varied tasks. Radiology is an important part of the care chain, and you will meet many different patient groups of varying ages. You will work independently but be part of a cross-professional team with other professional categories, competencies, and knowledge aspects to carry out qualitative and comprehensive work for our patients. Your colleagues will include other radiology nurses, nursing assistants, radiologists, and administrative staff. You will be part of a wonderful team where we together create a good working climate, a healthy work environment, and quality care. We operate around the clock.

Requirements:

• You are a licensed radiology nurse.

• Experience working as a radiology nurse.
