About the role

As the clinic manager at Aqua Dental Borlänge, you will have overall responsibility for the clinic's operations, staff, and finances. You will be part of Aqua Dental's clinic manager group, where networking and collaboration facilitate your work. You will receive support from Aqua Dental's support office and your immediate supervisor, regional manager Idakajsa Sand.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the clinic with great freedom under responsibility. You are expected to drive the clinic based on local conditions in line with the company's overall goals and values. As a confident leader, you inspire and motivate the staff to develop and achieve their goals.

You will lead a competent and dedicated team that is passionate about providing our patients with a safe and professional dental care experience.

We are looking for someone who

• Is a licensed dentist or dental hygienist

• Has previous experience in leadership, budget management, and quality work

• Is structured, quality-conscious, and solution-oriented

• Is attentive and has excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
