Our patients require constant monitoring and the presence of staff. To make this possible, nursing assistants work with one to two patients, depending on their care needs. You are an important piece of the puzzle in the care of our patients and their relatives. Your workdays will consist of close care and being the patient's security during serious illness and injury.

This means that there will be better schedules with opportunities for recovery when working on rotation (day, evening, and night). The employment entails a collective responsibility for staffing every day of the year and every hour of the day. The calculations in the time valuation model are based on a full-time measure of 37 hours/week. The schedule is planned individually based on the needs of the operation.
