Vårdcentral Orsa is a small and friendly health center with about 6200 registered patients. Our operations include all tasks within primary care. A good collaborative climate is important to us, and we continuously work to develop the workgroup and our working methods.

At our health center, we have doctors, district nurses, registered nurses, nursing assistants, psychologists, CBT therapists, care coordinators, rehabilitation coordinators, medical secretaries, physiotherapists, health scientists, and midwives. We have specialist clinics in diabetes, cardiovascular, dementia, cancer rehabilitation, among others. You will be part of a team where we work together from a patient and employee perspective. Our mission is governed by Vårdval Dalarna.

Registered Nurse/District Nurse for Vårdcentral Orsa

Job Responsibilities

As a district nurse/registered nurse with us, you will be offered an independent and varied job where you will work for the health of the residents and meet patients of all ages and situations. You will work in a health-promoting, preventive, and treatment capacity.

With us, you will have a stimulating job that alternates between telephone counseling and clinic work. Your tasks include medical advice via TeleQ, 1177 e-services, and 1177 direct. The work also includes planned nursing appointments with the possibility of specialist appointments depending on needs and competencies. We work in the TakeCare journal system but will switch to Cosmic. Working hours are weekdays and daytime.

To thrive with us, you should be able to work independently and preferably take your own initiatives but also have the ability to collaborate, as team collaboration is an important part of our working method. We value qualities such as commitment and a positive attitude. Our work environment is important, and it should be characterized by dialogue and well-being.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed nurse
• Has a B driver's license
• Has good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you are a specialist-trained district nurse and have experience and familiarity with telephone counseling and clinic work at a health center/clinic, as well as having practical experience in one of our specialist areas. Experience with TakeCare and Cosmic is also an advantage.
