We are primarily seeking a further trained district nurse or a licensed nurse with other further training (asthma/COPD nurse, medical care for the elderly, or in diabetes). Zätagränd Health Center is centrally located in Östersund and is a very well-functioning health center with a high level of satisfaction and a good working environment! The unit is characterized by good cooperation among all professional categories and a positive attitude towards development work. The health center is staffed with specialists, training doctors, district nurses, nursing assistants, and medical secretaries. There is also a rehabilitation coordinator, dietitian, occupational therapist, physiotherapists, and a psychosocial unit. We have a well-visited family center with a midwifery clinic, child health care, social services, and an open preschool. We have over 60 employees and two unit managers who together care for over 12,700 registered patients.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Working as a District Nurse with us involves, among other things, standard work such as reception and telephone advice. We conduct home visits and have consultations for acute patients.

The work is both varied and independent. Together with a doctor, you have area responsibility for a certain number of patients, which means close cooperation and teamwork is important to us.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with further training as a district nurse, alternatively asthma/COPD nurse, medical care for the elderly, or in diabetes. Experience of similar tasks is an advantage. If you are a nurse, at least 5 years of experience and security in the professional role is required.
