Bilia Toyota Kungens Kurva is an authorized dealer and service partner for Toyota. To strengthen our team, we are now looking for a driven and service-oriented service advisor who wants to be part of our continued success journey.

About the position As a Service Advisor with us, you are the first point of contact for our customers, both on-site and via phone and email. You provide advice on service and repairs, give out price information, handle insurance matters, and invoicing. You will have the opportunity to deliver world-class service and ensure that each customer has the best possible experience through your professional approach. Together with your team, you will work to develop and achieve common goals.

Your profile You have a genuine interest in providing good service and creating long-term customer relationships. We prefer that you have experience from service professions, preferably within retail or the automotive industry. You have good problem-solving skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You are accustomed to using computers and business systems and are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. A B driver's license is required.
