Trumslagarbacken elderly care home is a special accommodation for the elderly. The residence is beautifully located in Pettersberg with nice walking paths and green areas around the corner.

About the position

We are now looking for summer substitutes for work during the day, evening, weekend, and night.

With us, you will work based on a person-centered approach, where each person's individual wishes and needs are in focus. You will contribute to a daily life characterized by good care. You, together with your colleagues, are an important part of a safe and meaningful existence for our elderly. Together with colleagues, you will distribute tasks among yourselves and have a close dialogue with the facility's nurses. Examples of tasks: - Work in accordance with customers' weekly planning and implementation plan - Carry out activities in the department for a meaningful day - Administer medication based on received delegation from the nurse - Documentation in journal and incident systems

Working hours and degree of employment: The position involves work during the day, evening, and night on both weekdays and weekends. Varying needs based on the absence of regular staff.

Salary: Individual salary setting of base salary (hourly wage), other compensation is provided according to collective agreements.

Start date: By agreement

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is solution-oriented, organized, and responsible. You have a positive outlook and enjoy working in a changing everyday life. To thrive and succeed in the role, we would like you to have an easy time building relationships and have good collaboration skills.

For this position, it is required that you:

- are a trained nursing assistant or caregiver, or have experience working in elderly care.
