District Nurse/Nurse at Närvården Herrgärdet

Job Responsibilities

You will perform standard district nurse duties, including telephone advice and digital consultations via 1177, planned appointments, and care coordination. The work is varied, and we meet patients of all ages with different needs. The role of district nurse/nurse means being able to collaborate in a team with several of the health center's professions and functions, resulting in good care, excellent service, and the best possible health for the individual. Improvement work for the entire health center is an important part of daily work.

Närvården Herrgärdet is a well-established clinic in the center of Västerås. Qualifications

We are looking for a licensed nurse, preferably with further education as a district nurse. Several years of experience as a district nurse/nurse is necessary for the position. If you have specialist competence in diabetes, this is an advantage for this position. We also value previous experience in telephone advice and reception work at a health center. Experience with the Cosmic journal system is an advantage, and you must master the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

You are secure, stable, and relationship-building with both patients and colleagues. You have the knowledge and ability to work independently, even if colleagues are available for questions and support. You are resilient and used to prioritizing your tasks. Employment Conditions

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a start date according to agreement.
