Mechanic Wanted for Saw Mill - Flexibel Personal

Flexibel Personal is now looking for a mechanic for a sawmill.
You have a genuine interest in mechanics and tinkering.
The work is permanent night shifts, so this is truly a "hands-on" role.
The job involves replacing worn/broken parts during the day, welding, and assembling so that production can continue until morning.
When things are quiet, preventive maintenance is required, such as lubricating and preparing items in the workshop.
You have a technical mindset; we expect you to be service-oriented, structured, stress-resistant, and have good teamwork skills, be able to make independent decisions, and work autonomously.
You focus on quality and safety and have a humble approach.
The work is permanent NIGHT shifts.
Requirements include proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
A driving license (B) and access to a car are also required.
