The service department is an important part of the business as the first point of contact for questions regarding installation, spare parts, and service of our heat pumps. The department is continuously evolving, and we need to strengthen the team with a driven and committed service technician who wants to be part of our growth journey. The department currently works towards the Swedish and Norwegian markets. You will be one of the technicians in the service team supporting our installers and service representatives via phone and email. A highly developmental job where you gain deep insight into how our products work and the satisfaction of helping others.

As a service technician at Bosch Home Comfort, you play a crucial role in being the external link to our installers and customers. The ideal candidate can troubleshoot our products and instruct and guide our customers. Your ability to analyze and solve specific tasks related to troubleshooting systems and products is your most valuable asset. Here, you bring your qualifications without being on-site.

• Practical experience from installation or service of heat pumps
• Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written
• Previous experience in technical support or similar
• Good knowledge of (Windows, MS Office, and the business system SAP)
