About the position:

As a field service technician at KGK, you will become an important part of our continued development and success. Your role is mostly independent, but you also work in a team with others. Therefore, we are looking for a team player who also has very good technical knowledge and social skills. You will have direct contact with customers when you install equipment and perform service and repairs on-site. Together with the department, you will be responsible for identifying problems and solving them in collaboration with other colleagues within the organization. The position means that you will work from home within the district, and you will travel a lot for work. You will be responsible for your own tools and service vehicle, which we will of course provide you with.

Today, we are looking for a field service technician based around Vetlanda, but we are keen to support each other, so travel across the country and abroad may also occur. Our head office is located in Sollentuna, and you will report to our service manager.

Your profile:

To thrive in the role of field service technician with us, you need to have experience in technical work. You are familiar with mechanics, hydraulics, and electrical engineering and are used to and enjoy communicating with and helping customers. Perhaps you are currently working as a technician in heavy vehicles or as a passenger car technician and want to take the next step out into the field. Furthermore, you have good knowledge of Swedish and English, as well as good general computer skills. It is also advantageous if you have field experience and good physical fitness since some of the equipment can be heavy and bulky.

Your professional experiences are important to us, but your personality is equally valuable, and we are looking for someone who is self-driven, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in working independently. You are also structured with a good ability to plan your time and efforts. Furthermore, you have strong social skills, and like us, you are flexible and helpful. If you also share our great interest in technology and providing good service, you will fit in perfectly with us!
