Nässjö Municipality is growing and developing, and we are now looking for a Property Technician for the Technical Service Administration.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Property Technician performs work related to the operation, maintenance, and care of the technical systems in the properties. Examples of overarching tasks included in the work are adjusting, troubleshooting, and maintaining heating and ventilation systems, heat exchangers for district heating, heat pumps, fans, and other technical equipment. On-call duty is included for all properties in our portfolio approximately every eighth week.

Responsibilities

As a Property Technician, you are responsible for the daily supervision of the technical systems in the properties regarding operation, maintenance, and care. The Property Technician ensures that all systems function according to the property owner's requirements and the tenants' expectations.

A significant part of the job involves energy efficiency and operational optimization of existing facilities and systems, particularly in heating and ventilation. This means you will conduct current situation analyses and propose solutions that will improve the business and property economically, technically, and environmentally in the long term.

As the development of digitization, energy efficiency, and smart technical solutions progresses rapidly within the property sector, the role of Property Technician presents a creative challenge for those who think ahead, enjoy innovative technology, and solving problems.

The role of Property Technician is a mobile and independent job with a lot of personal responsibility where you work both practically and theoretically. You have great opportunities to plan and manage your work. As a Property Technician, you will meet many people, and therefore you should be driven to create good relationships with both tenants and colleagues. Your work impacts the living and working environment of others and creates a functioning everyday life for those who live or work in Nässjö Municipality's properties.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Post-secondary education in the property sector at university/college level; equivalent work experience is advantageous.
