The home healthcare service in Falkenberg Municipality is responsible for the health and medical care provided at home. The nursing service currently operates throughout the municipality, employing district nurses, registered nurses, and nursing assistants.

We are now looking for you who are a nursing assistant or nursing student and want to work with us this summer!

RESPONSIBILITIES

Our operations are responsible for patients both in special housing and in ordinary housing. As a nursing assistant with us, you will perform home healthcare tasks in our patients' homes. You will work closely with the nurses and perform delegated tasks such as sample collection, some medication management, wound dressing, etc. You will also assist with inventory orders.

You will be part of a team consisting of nursing assistants and nurses but will also work independently.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are a trained nursing assistant and can provide proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare that you have the right to use the title. If you are still waiting for your proof, you need to show that you have a valid nursing assistant education and that you have applied for and are waiting for your proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare.

If you have completed at least 4 semesters of the nursing program with passing grades, employment as a care assistant HSL may be possible instead.

Experience in home healthcare is an advantage.

We expect you to always work for good and patient-safe care. It is important that you have good collaboration skills, are responsible, and have a strong commitment to your work. You feel comfortable caring for individuals in their home environment, regardless of age and level of health and medical care needs. You are also eager to develop new working methods. Personal suitability will be given great importance.

A driver's license is a requirement for the position.

OTHER
