About the Position

The Nephrology and Dialysis Clinic provides hemodialysis (HD, blood dialysis) with 20 treatment spots and peritoneal dialysis (PD, bag dialysis) for chronic and acute kidney disease.

The clinic also includes a Kidney Failure and Transplantation Clinic.

The dialysis clinic primarily operates on an outpatient basis and is open Monday to Sunday with working hours scheduled for day and evening, closing at 7:30 PM. The majority of patients with chronic kidney failure come from home to the clinic for HD treatment 3-4 times a week. Some acute services are also provided.

The unit is staffed with nurses and doctors. All staff undergo continuous education in both medical and medical technology development. We place great emphasis on good reception, quality care, and strive to increase patient involvement in their care and treatment. Individual scheduling and tailored orientation are applied. Most nurses at the clinic have specialized training in nephrology and dialysis care. We have a well-developed collaboration with ward 52 where kidney disease patients are often cared for.

As part of your orientation, you will receive 10 weeks of training, and your colleagues have extensive experience in dialysis care.

About You

We are looking for a licensed nurse; experience in dialysis is considered an advantage.

As a person, you are responsible, insightful, and have the ability to provide good care. Furthermore, you are interested in technology and enjoy working both independently and in a team. Personal suitability is highly valued.
