Job Responsibilities

With our guiding principles in mind, we aim to provide excellent primary care for our registered patients. As a nurse, you will have varied tasks such as telephone advice, chat nursing, consultations, vaccinations, rounds, teamwork, and other regular health center duties.

We are looking for a nurse who wants to be part of the psychosocial team, working with our patients experiencing mental health issues as a contact nurse.

If you have additional training in Asthma/COPD or previous experience working with that patient group, it is also of interest. We have a district nurse handling those tasks, but since we believe in teamwork, we would like to have two.

Qualifications

We are looking for a licensed nurse. Previous experience in primary care is considered an advantage. We would like you to have further training in Asthma/COPD and/or experience or education as a care coordinator for mental health.

As a person, you are calm and controlled in your professional role. You are meticulous, make correct assessments and priorities, and contribute to a good work environment through a positive attitude. You communicate clearly and have a strong willingness to collaborate across different professions. Together, we believe we can better help our patients.
