Vårdcentralen Sländan in Ljungby, with a branch in Lidhult, is now looking for a district nurse or nurse due to retirement, who wants to help develop care for our patients. Here you will be part of a multidisciplinary team where we together create continuity and security for our patients. The team consists of district nurses, nurses, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, rehab coordinators, and psychosocial resources. The health center has a close collaboration with the health centers Kungshögen and Lagan, where we jointly drive efforts to develop and ensure high patient safety and quality in care.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a district nurse or nurse with us, you will have a varied and developing job with patients of all ages. You will work both in the clinic and with telephone advice, where you offer both preventive health care and support to patients with acute issues in various life situations.

The work also includes staffing the emergency medical center as needed, where you will receive special training to feel secure. We offer a dynamic job where no day is like the other.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse or district nurse, preferably with experience from primary care. We believe that you are a flexible person who thrives in an independent role but also finds it easy to collaborate with colleagues in our multidisciplinary team. Of course, you always strive to provide the best possible care to our patients.

You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and you are accustomed to working with computers and administrative systems. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
