We are looking for summer substitutes as care assistants/nursing assistants who can work from 1/6 to 31/8 on a schedule. We have been fortunate to hire a couple, but we need a few more. You must be able to work from June 31 to August 10, weeks 27-32.

Day shifts start at 07:00 in the morning and evening shifts begin at varying times but end at 20:45 every day of the week. All care staff work both days and evenings as well as weekdays and weekends.

Sjöberga Gård is a specialized care home in Hässelby, primarily focused on dementia diagnoses such as frontotemporal dementia, Korsakoff's syndrome, and Lewy Body dementia. At Sjöberga Gård, we have twelve apartments on two floors. On each floor, we have a common dining room and a day room as well as a kitchen. All meals are prepared in-house. We have a ground-level outdoor area and a balcony on the second floor.

We also have dogs that are sometimes on duty when their owners are working.

As care staff, your most important task is to ensure that each person receives their necessary care and support. With us, you will work with the daily care of our residents, such as personal hygiene, meals, and activities. Above all, you are important in our residents' everyday social lives. As care staff, you help make life work for those who need assistance.

As a person, we see that you are responsible and have a good ability to cooperate with others. Requirements for the position include good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good communication skills. It is an advantage if you have previously worked in the care profession, preferably with people who have had a dementia diagnosis, or if you are currently studying in the field of care.

We are looking for someone who has the desire and interest to work with people and who can work in June, July, and August.
