Better Business is a company that has inspectors and mystery shoppers spread across Sweden, and we in Team Norr are based in Umeå. As an Age Verifier and Mystery Shopper, you will travel around the country in a so-called "loop" with a team of two employees. You will drive our company cars and stay in hotels during the loops. Costs such as accommodation and fuel are, of course, covered by the company. Therefore, it is important that you have a manual B driver's license and good driving experience so that you feel safe on the roads. The loops can vary between 3-5 days in a row. This means that depending on the month and assignment, the amount of work and overnight stays outside Umeå may vary.

During the work, you will visit stores, cafes, restaurants, and similar types of establishments to conduct so-called test purchases of, for example, gaming, tobacco, pharmaceuticals, and alcohol. This is to measure whether the sales unit requests identification for age-restricted goods.

Furthermore, as a Mystery Shopper, you will conduct anonymous quality assessments. This means that you will visit an establishment and act as a regular customer, following a specific scenario to assess specific criteria in your visit experience. We help our clients develop quality and sales in customer interactions and ensure that established routines are followed continuously.

Knowledge Requirements:

You who are applying should have a manual B driver's license and be able to speak and write in Swedish.

It is a significant merit to be skilled in written communication and to have an eye for detail, as there is a lot of report writing involved in the job. If you have previously worked in service jobs and/or have cash register experience, we consider this an advantage.

The job can be combined with lighter distance studies or other flexible part-time work. The workload varies from month to month depending on our clients' assignments. Working hours are primarily during the day, but evening and weekend work may occur. You need to be able to work at least 3 weeks a month and also be able to stay overnight from Monday to Friday.
