Bilgruppen i Norr is currently represented in Umeå, Kramfors, Örnsköldsvik, and Sundsvall. In these locations, we conduct car sales, service market, and authorized car service with Kia as the common thread. In Umeå, we are also an authorized dealer and workshop for Subaru.

About the role

As a hall host with us, you meet many people every day. The pace is high, and your main task is to welcome our customers and ensure that our car hall is always in top condition. You work closely with our salespeople and our service market team, assisting them in the sales and service process. Your tasks include not only maintaining the car hall but also taking responsibility for all photography and advertising of our cars in stock. This means you are responsible for keeping our advertisements current and updated. The role is varied, and no day is the same. We strive for the highest possible customer satisfaction, and the role involves service and support in both big and small matters. We primarily work with the car brands Kia and Subaru.

About you

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You have documented work experience, and previous work in service is an advantage. We see that you enjoy customer interactions and that you are proactive. To succeed in this role, you should be meticulous and have good computer skills. You are fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. An interest in cars is a plus, but the most important thing is that you are interested in people and eager to learn about our products. It is crucial that you are flexible and solution-oriented. A valid B driver's license for manual transmission is a requirement for this role.

The position is a full-time temporary position for 3 months starting in early June. Recruitment will be ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Therefore, apply today! The application deadline is April 30.
