Better Business is a company that has inspectors and mystery shoppers spread across Sweden, and we in team Norr are based in Umeå. As an Age Verifier and Mystery Shopper, you will travel around the country on a so-called "loop" in a team of two employees. You will drive our company cars and stay in hotels during the loops. Costs such as accommodation and fuel are of course covered by the company. Therefore, it is important that you have a manual B driver's license and good driving experience so that you feel safe on the roads. The loops can vary between 3-5 days in a row. This means that depending on the month and assignment, the amount of work and overnight stays outside Umeå may vary.

During the work, you will visit stores, cafes, restaurants, and similar types of establishments to conduct so-called test purchases of e.g. gaming, tobacco, pharmaceuticals, and alcohol. This is to measure whether the sales unit requests identification for age-restricted goods.

Furthermore, as a Mystery Shopper, you will conduct anonymous quality measurements. This means that you will visit a unit and act as a regular customer where you follow a specific scenario to assess specific criteria in the experience of your visit. We help our clients develop quality and sales in customer interactions and ensure that established routines are followed continuously.

Knowledge Requirements:

You who are applying should have a manual B driver's license and be able to speak and write in Swedish.

It is a great merit to be good at expressing yourself in writing, as well as having an eye for detail since there is a lot of report writing involved in the job. If you have previously worked in service professions and/or have cash register experience, we see this as an advantage.

The job can be combined with light distance studies or other flexible part-time work. The workload varies from month to month depending on our clients' assignments. Working hours are mainly during the day, but evening and weekend work may occur. You need to be able to work at least 3 weeks a month and also be able to sleep away from home Monday to Friday.
