Job Responsibilities

Do you want to work with a wonderful team of colleagues with opportunities to develop and be creative in your profession? Do you appreciate that your skills and experience are valued and do you thrive in working independently, sometimes facing challenging situations that require solutions? Then this position is suitable for you. The work consists of both planned and urgent interventions. As a night nurse, you will assess and perform medical treatment and nursing interventions. The job also includes guiding and delegating to other nursing staff employed by the municipality who need support during the night. Your task is to assess, plan, execute, evaluate, and document health and medical interventions based on each individual patient's conditions and needs.

You will also be offered an individually tailored onboarding process according to your needs, as well as opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

You have a nursing degree, and it is an advantage if you also have training in psychiatry, geriatrics, palliative care, or oncology.

A valid driver's license (B) is required.

Personal Qualities

You should be interested in working with elderly people, be engaged, creative, and willing to be open to change. It is also important that you enjoy sharing your knowledge with other staff.

Working Hours/Duration

The position is a permanent employment. The working hours for night staff are 70.35% and every third weekend. Start date according to agreement.
