Together, we create culinary masterpieces and put Strandbaden on the map as a place for the absolute best food and drink experiences. But the most boring thing is to settle and stagnate. We are looking for you, a passionate Head Chef, who wants to lead us further in success and create world-class culinary experiences.

Brasserie Famille is the heart of the hotel. Beautifully located on the second floor with views over Kattegatt and Skrea beach. The restaurant's tones are reminiscent of wonderful, bustling brasseries around France. We use carefully selected ingredients and classic dishes with a high recognition factor.

At Brasserie Famille, we have the privilege of starting and ending the day with our guests. We serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner to the house's guests, which consist of the perfect mix of business and leisure segments. We also have the honor of being part of many milestones, from first dates to wedding dinners.

You are confident in your work and dare to express and stand by your opinions, but understand the importance of listening and valuing others as well.

You are aware of the situation, meticulous, and ensure that all employees are updated with information and have the best conditions to succeed. We are looking for a developing, driving, and coaching person - and at the same time, a modern leader who gets a lot of energy from seeing others develop.

To succeed in the role, we believe you need:

• To be financially aware and have confidence in being responsible for results, quality, staff & finances for your department.
• Curiosity and creativity to create an unforgettable overall experience for the restaurant's guests together with your employees.
• To work long-term with a focus on increased profitability, quality, and achieving set forecasts/goals for the department.
• To be a strong communicator and attentive leader who cares about your employees' well-being and development.
• To be accustomed to working in systems for scheduling and time reporting, even though we have our fantastic schedule planner who helps you with the basics.
• To enjoy working in operations as you are expected to coach and lead your employees every day.
• To understand the importance of good sustainability work, as you will be an ambassador and responsible for that work together with the designated responsible person at Strandbaden.
• To appreciate a flexible schedule as your working hours will vary between days, evenings, and weekends.

Employment form: 100% permanent with a 6-month probationary period. Start date and salary: Salary according to agreement and start as soon as possible or according to agreement.
