RESPONSIBILITIES

The responsibilities include, among other things:

• Cooking from scratch
• Preparing special diets
• Testing new working methods, products, and recipes
• Self-control for the kitchen
• Washing dishes and cleaning the kitchen
• Orders via digital e-commerce

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is positive, has an extraordinary sense of service and responsibility, and enjoys working with people. You are a driven person who is solution-focused and contributes with innovative thinking and inspiration. You have a genuine interest in food and a great passion for cooking from scratch with the customer in focus. You should be able to collaborate easily with others and not be afraid to contact guests, staff, and other customers as you are our face to the outside world. You need to master the Swedish language in both speech and writing since reading and following recipes, routines, and instructions as well as communicating with colleagues, orderers, and diners is part of the assignment.
We see that you have some relevant education or experience in the field such as:

• Culinary education with the ability to handle special diets
• You should have several years of experience in the culinary profession
• Good computer skills are required as we work with electronic commerce and dietary programs
• HACCP training
• Driver's license B

You should have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and share our values where equality and diversity perspectives are natural parts.
