Server Staff Needed at Scandic Hallandia for Summer 2025

We are now looking for several skilled staff members for the restaurant at Scandic Hallandia for the summer of 2025.

No matter why guests come to us, few things are as appreciated as a friendly face welcoming them. You will act as a host alongside the rest of the hotel team, creating a world-class guest experience.

What Does the Role Involve?

You are the first person guests meet in our restaurant, so it is crucial that you have a warm demeanor and are attentive to details and guests' needs. You have a passionate interest in food and beverages and appreciate order and tidiness, both in your own work and that of your colleagues. All to provide our guests with a fantastic dining experience. Your main tasks will be to serve food and drinks and to manage your own cash register. You will also support the hotel team with other tasks as needed.

Who Are You?

To fit in this role, we believe you have at least two years of experience in similar work and experience in concept-driven operations. Since the job largely involves communicating with guests, good knowledge of Swedish and English is a prerequisite. If you speak another language, it is a merit.

However, your personal qualities and attitude are the most important. To fit in this role, you need to be a responsive and unpretentious team player who takes significant responsibility for your tasks and the overall result. It is also important that you can convey good hospitality to the hotel’s guests.

Information About the Position:

We are now looking for several serving staff in various employment degrees between 40-75% for summer employment during the period of June 23rd to August 17th (with a possible extension).
