About the role of bartender

We are looking for a creative and service-oriented bartender who is passionate about creating unique experiences at the bar. As a bartender in our Retreat Club, you will be responsible for serving drinks of the highest quality and providing personal service that exceeds expectations.

Main responsibilities

• Mixing and serving cocktails and other beverages in a professional and innovative manner
• Providing friendly and personalized service to all guests
• Ensuring that the bar area is always well-stocked and organized
• Participating in menu creation and development of new beverage offerings
• Following safety and hygiene requirements according to established guidelines

Who are you?

• Have experience as a bartender or in a similar role within guest service
• Perform well in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Excellent communication skills and can express yourself in both Swedish and English
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Creative and interested in trends within the beverage industry
