Laxbutiken in Heberg AB is a family business consisting of a restaurant and delicatessen shop where we offer everything from fresh salmon to ready-made dishes, salmon delicacies, desserts, and buffets. We are part of the growing parent company Lagnell Group AB, which also includes Laxbutiken in Ljungskile and Buhres Fisk in Kivik. We have approximately 600 seats with self-service, ten conference rooms (2-120 p), and banquet & buffet dining rooms.

We are now looking for new team members for our wonderful kitchen team.

You are a meticulous and efficient team player who enjoys working with service and people. You like to grow with tasks and help guests and colleagues find the best options for situations.

You are responsible and have the attitude that it is fun to work and learn new things while maintaining calm in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience from a cold kitchen or similar is highly meritorious but not a requirement; we will teach you everything you need on-site.

Main job responsibilities:

* Produce our products for the delicatessen shop, booked guests, and restaurants. --> please visit our website to see what we create in the kitchen.

* Plate presentation in service.

As an employee in our cold kitchen, you will become part of our large kitchen divided into hot and cold sides. Here, collaboration and community are important parts of the work environment.

We are open every day between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

Your usual working hours are from 8:45 AM to 7:15 PM, varying with early shifts from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM on weekdays and weekends. Average 3 days/week.

Start date according to agreement. No later than May 2025.

The position is a parental leave cover for 15 months (until August 2026).

Employment 75%, average 3 days/week including every other Saturday-Sunday.
