Responsibilities and Tasks

As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in leading and inspiring our team towards our goals. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing activities and events that create memorable experiences for our guests.

Leadership and Communication

• Support and develop the team to ensure the highest level of service.
• Communicate effectively with the team and ensure that everyone is informed and engaged.
• Close communication with TRC's Leaders.

Who are you?

• You are a natural leader with a passion for service.
• You have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• You are proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented.

Experience and Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role in a similar position is an advantage.
• Experience in the service or hotel industry is a plus.

About the Position

Employment type: Permanent, 100%, we are also looking for extra help as needed. Start date and salary: Salary according to agreement and start date by arrangement.
