The workplace is divided into two apartment buildings where each citizen has their own apartment. The LSS residence consists of 12 citizens and 8 staff members. We have access to two common apartments, one of which is used for joint activities. The workplace has bus connections and nice bike paths close to the city center.

Your new job

As a support assistant, you will provide support to the citizen based on individual needs and conditions. Your job is to create good conditions for the individual to live as independently as possible.

You will contribute to ensuring that citizens actively participate in community life and promote health-enhancing activities. The tasks also include delegated tasks from licensed personnel such as medical, rehabilitative, and habilitative interventions. The role entails responsibility for ongoing documentation and execution of implementation plans.

Working hours include days, evenings, every other weekend, and sleeping on-call duties.

Your qualifications

Requirements

• Trained support assistant or other education deemed equivalent by the employer

Meritorious

• Good computer skills
• Experience in similar work
• Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form
