Are you a solution-oriented designer looking to work with innovative and high-quality leisure boats? At Lugnås Factory, part of Nimbus Group, you will have the opportunity to combine technical creativity with practical problem-solving in a dynamic and forward-thinking work environment.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY As a designer with us, you will be part of our dedicated Technical Team at Nimbus's production site in Lugnås, Mariestad. The team consists of six members working with production technology, design, and preparation. Together, we drive the development of our boats and are responsible for everything from system installations in mechanics, laminate, and electrical to production improvements, face lifts, and implementation of new models.

Your tasks include, among other things:

• Development of new components and assemblies in collaboration with product managers.
• Redesign to improve product quality and streamline production.
• Design of production aids, such as cradles and fixtures.
• Continuous improvements and development of suppliers together with the purchasing department.
• Management and updating of CAD and PDM systems as well as contributing to process improvements.

WHO ARE YOU? To thrive in this role, we see that you have a technical education or equivalent experience, as well as familiarity with working in a CAD environment. You have a problem-solving and structured approach to work, and you are used to working both independently and in teams. Good knowledge of Swedish and English is a requirement.

It is advantageous if you have experience in:

• Mechanical design and surface modeling.
• SolidWorks or similar CAD programs.
