JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will have the opportunity to influence your tasks and the planning of your work together with colleagues. In the tasks of a nurse, we emphasize the importance of working preventively to promote the patient's health and well-being. The work is carried out in close dialogue with the patient and relatives, where you shape good and safe care together. A particular responsibility lies in planning, following up, assessing, and addressing healthcare interventions.

You will be responsible for assessments, documentation, and registration in various quality registers. We document in the journal system Cosmic. The position also includes mentoring students and care staff. As a nurse with us, you are an important ambassador for inspiration, motivation, and engagement for care staff in the complex nursing work with associated delegated tasks that are followed up. The tasks include collaborating with other actors, and you will have close cooperation with, among others, health centers, relatives, and staff in the patient's environment.

The position includes weekend work, currently 2 weekend shifts every 6 weeks.

QUALIFICATIONS

You will have the opportunity to influence your tasks. We are looking for a licensed nurse who preferably has a few years of experience in the profession. Further education/specialization in elderly care is an advantage but not a requirement. For the assignment, it is important that you have good computer skills and knowledge and experience of documenting in electronic records.

As driving is part of the job, you need to have a B driver's license (manual transmission). To succeed in the role, you need to be responsible, attentive, and structured while having a flexible approach to your work. You see opportunities in changes and are solution-focused. You need to have good communication skills and be engaged in your interactions with people. Since there is a lot of patient and relative contact, you need to be able to build good relationships.
