Job Responsibilities

As a district nurse at the health center, you will have a varied and important job. As a district nurse, you will work with telephone counseling, emergency care of patients, scheduled outpatient visits that include medical treatment, and work with disease prevention initiatives.

Participation in additional assignments at the health center may occur. You will work both independently and in teams with other staff categories at the health center.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse and preferably with further education as a district nurse. Experience working at a health center is an advantage, as well as knowledge and experience from diabetes clinics and asthma/COPD clinics.

You have experience with the Cosmic journal system and you master the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

We see that you have the ability to work independently, although there are always colleagues available for questions and support. You are resilient to stress and used to prioritizing your tasks. Since we work in teams, it is important that you can easily collaborate and communicate with others. You are well-structured in your work, take responsibility for your tasks, and contribute to a positive work environment.

Employment Conditions

A permanent position as a district nurse or nurse full-time with a start date according to agreement.
