We are looking for a specialist physician in general medicine to Achima Care Sala! Do you want to develop with us?

Achima Care's health center in Sala is a pleasant and well-established health center located in central Sala, close to the nearby major cities of Västerås, Uppsala, and Stockholm. The health center is a well-functioning operation with approximately 9,700 registered patients and 30 employees. We work preventively with preventive healthcare. Here, job satisfaction, high competence, and security are important, always with the patient in focus. Here, you will be part of the team and help develop our operations. We have specialist-trained nurses with clinics for asthma/COPD, hypertension, dementia, and diabetes. We have a memory team and coordinating nurses. There is access to physiotherapists, occupational therapists, rehabilitation coordinators, psychotherapists, and dietitians. We also have a child health center. At the health center, we work in a team-based manner, which promotes collaboration between staff groups and provides opportunities for knowledge exchange and continuity. We work person-centered and see the whole patient.

As a general specialist, you will work with varied tasks including planned and acute outpatient work and have diverse responsibilities in close collaboration with other professionals at the health center. You will also be part of a work team where we work multiprofessionally. As a specialist in general medicine, you will guide junior doctors. If there is a specific area in primary care that you are particularly passionate about, we would love to help you develop that with us.
