Licensed Radiographer for Night Shifts

Are you a licensed radiographer who primarily enjoys working nights? Then this could be the job for you! With us, you will have the opportunity to work with different types of radiographic examinations, where we together create conditions to provide good care for our patients.

Job Responsibilities

As a radiographer at the Radiology Clinic, you will be offered a variety of tasks. Our operation is an important part of the care chain, where you meet many patient groups of different ages. You work independently but are also part of a cross-professional team with other professions. Everyone in the team contributes different competencies and knowledge, which allows us to carry out qualitative and comprehensive work for our patients. Your colleagues consist of radiographers, nursing assistants, radiologists, and administrative staff. You will be part of a wonderful group where we together create a good working climate, a good working environment, and quality care. We are fully digital and work with our flows in the systems Sectra Ris and Pacs.

About the Workplace

The Radiology Clinic is a regional operation that performs both emergency and planned radiology services. The entire clinic is digitized and handles standard radiographic examinations in uro-gastro, skeletal, computed tomography, ultrasound, intervention, and MRI. The clinic employs 180 dedicated staff members who perform qualitative and professional work. We work with what matters most to us, contributing to ensuring that our patients have the best possible conditions and care that always meets our patients' needs. We handle approximately 120,000 patient visits per year, which places high demands on our processes. We must continuously work to optimize our patient flow for faster and safer handling. Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed radiographer with a few years of experience in the profession, preferably from night shifts. Since a large part of the work consists of informative conversations with our patients, we see that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

You who apply are a calm and stable person. A workday with us can change quickly, and therefore we see that you have the ability to adapt to different situations while maintaining your composure and focus. Since we often work in teams, we see that you have a good ability to communicate and collaborate with others in a responsive manner. Furthermore, you have an empathetic and professional approach to patients, relatives, and colleagues.

Employment Conditions

Permanent employment, full-time. Night shifts with some on-call duty and rotation day/evening. Start as soon as possible or by agreement.

We offer a reduced working hours for a healthy and sustainable job. If you work mixed night and day shifts, you will receive a four-hour reduction in working hours for each night shift you work.

Probationary employment may be applied.
